Mit der seitlichen Ansicht bekommt man nur mehr einen kleinen Schärfebereich,das mir aber immer gefällt,man bekommt eine andere Sichtweise :))

The southern terminus of the former ESA metre gauge line from Alicante to Denia was at La Marina station and the original 1913 station building still stands.

FGV (Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat Valenciana) tram 4231 is seen entering the station from the north on an L5 service which will terminate a few 100 yards off to the left at Puerta del Mar.

Full Moon over Canary Islands

Real full moon was one night before (May 21st, 2016), but it was too stormy to take this photo with the little dragon tree in the foreground at that night. Therefore I went again to the Punta de Juan Daza (La Gomera, Canary Islands) at the next evening and had more luck. It was windless enough. Nevertheless longer exposure Times weren't possible. So unfortunately I had to work with a high ISO (photo taken at 9:54 p.m.).

Der eigentliche Vollmond war in der Nacht davor, aber es war zu stürmisch, um dieses Bild mit dem kleinen Drachenbaum im Vordergrund aufzunehmen. Deshalb ging ich am nächsten Abend nochmals auf die Punta de Juan Daza (La Gomera, Kanarische Inseln) und hatte mehr Glück. Es war windstill genug. Trotzdem waren keine wirklich langen Belichtungszeiten möglich. Ein Hochdrehen des ISO-Werts auf 2000 ließ sich nicht umgehen (Aufnahmezeitpunkt: 21:54 Uhr).
(Links im Hintergrund ist die Straßenbeleuchtung der Nachbarinsel Teneriffa zu sehen.)

Verkohlter Baumriese im Nationalpark "Garajonay", La Gomera. Dort vernichtete ein Waldbrand im trockenen Sommer 2012 hunderte Hektar des geschützten Lorbeerwaldes.

Blüte des Flaschenbürstenbaumes (Callistemon, Pfeifenputzer) mit einer Biene im Anflug.
Dieser Baum ist in Australien beheimatet, kommt als Zierstrauch aber auch auf den Kanarischen Inseln vor. (Dieses Exemplar gefunden auf La Gomera.)
