➽ Das Kunst- und Kulturprojekt Play me, I'm yours (PiPs) geht seit 2008 um die Welt und ist eine Idee des Künstlers Luke Jerram. Mehr als 1.890 Pianos haben in 60 Städten von Paris bis Lima mit dem einfachen Schriftzug „Play Me, I’m Yours“ Menschen dazu eingeladen, die öffentlich zugänglichen Klaviere zu bespielen. Das Projekt hat bereits mehr als 10 Millionen Menschen weltweit erreicht.

Vom 7. bis 30. September hieß es in Augsburg zum zweiten mal „Play me, I’m Yours“. An zehn verschiedenen Orten im Stadtgebiet können Passanten auf einzigartig gestalteten Straßenklavieren kostenlos spielen und ihre Zuhörer begeistern und zum Mitmachen aktivieren.
