Daedalus East is part of the Solent Enterprise Zone and is dedicated to commercial and industrial development as well as already housing CEMAST [qv]. The erstwhile Broom Way Gate became the (Daedalus) East Gate and development has continued since. Construction of two large units has been underway for several months. This is a more centred view of the structure in the preceding picture, construction of which started recently. The other, essentially completed, is to the right of this.

Development at Daedalus East (Lee on Solent) is well under way and, in spite of the hoarding, I believe that two new buildings are, in fact, industrial units rather than hangars.

And, btw, it is hangars, Mildren.
