It is in aid of the Bristol Childrens Hospital. 80 Gromits around Bristol and further afield have been decorated by celebrities and will be auctioned at the end of the event. On our main Gromit hunting visit to the city photography was difficult because it was the school holidays and the character is rather more attractive to parents and children than (the Southampton) rhinos.
