18 cylinder Wright R-3350 Duplex-Cyclone radial engine on a Fairchild C-119G-3E "Flying Boxcar".
I originally thought these had three turbo-chargers but I've since learned that this is a turbo-compound engine and the three exhaust turbines assist in driving the crankshaft and not in charging the air/fuel mixture.
This aircraft (tail #N15501) was used in the filming of the 2004 movie "Flight of the Phoenix" starring Dennis Quaid and Giovanni Ribisi.
