When it's cooler that 30° C., into the fermenter with it, add the yeast and wait for the sake!&lt;/div&gt;</description>

This is the mash, the malted barley held at a temperature of around 145° F. for an hour to convert the starches in to sugars. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In about a week now, it will be beer ready to bottle or keg, 6 gallons of my White Nights Stout.&lt;/div&gt;</description>
