This end has the steel wire threaded through the holes where the plastic once went but in the opposite directions as the wire is a little thicker than the plastic. December 2015.

The wire is threaded through the holes where the plastic line used to be. The other end is fixed in place then this end is tensioned and wrapped around the frame. December 2015.
