As far as I know an Echinocactus grusonii, seen on La Gomera (Canary Islands).

Soweit ich mich auskenne, ein "Echinocactus grusonii", auch "Schwiegermutterstuhl" genannt.
Gesehen auf La Gomera (Kanarische Inseln).

Ein blühender Cardon Pelon (Pachycereus pringlei - danke Jakob Bärfuss und Sonja). Das Exemplar war mindestens 5m hoch und hatte einen Durchmesser von ca. 50 cm (gesehen auf La Gomera).
