virtually every room is by kent, with his white and gold signature. most of these mid c18 rooms avoid his lighter side, there are no gothick touches here.

only the state bedrooms here have any warmth to them, and this one feels un-kentian indeed. the bed even carries gothic arches on the posts. it is supposedly mid c18, but looks considerably later to me.
