a very grey sky with thunder -

through my window -
fat flakes fall -
on the Right -
no, did not enhance the evening sky -
with powder sugar dusted trees -
it looks like a fairy tale -

anything from Dylan to Celtic to Country to Blues [and Americana] -
and some written by Bad Penny for good measure -
loved drumming to "Nitro Express" -
so easy to find the groove to accompany them -
on the 24" frame drum -
certain songs, they would give me a 'heads up' -
which meant - play the heck out of that drum !
