On the Binnenhof in the Hague, the seat of government and of parliament of the Netherlands, only official cars of ministers, diplomats and civil servants are allowed. Ordinary citizens are allowed on foot and on bike. These are cars you can spot there.

12 cylinder, 6 liter engine, 3440 kg! The normal weight of a BMW 760 Li is 2255 kg, so this one has some 1185 kg of armour-plating.
