The vessel displayed is Odin's Raven, a 2/3 scale replica of the Gokstad ship. She sailed from Trondheim, Norway to Peel, arriving on the 5th July 1979. The project to build an sail her was part of the 1979 Manx Millenium Celebrations [There were a few concessions with the use of some modern materials, plus the inclusion of a safety engine] &lt;br /&gt;
