I was looking though my photographs from a visit to Iceland and came across a few that I'd taken inside the amazing Harpa concert hall in Reykjavic (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harpa_(concert_hall)).

It's an incredible structure of metal and glass; with multi-coloured and reflective geometric panels that hint at the lava columns in the surrounding landscape.

It's one of the most interesting and attractive buildings I've visited.

The afterthought part of the title is due to those floral or sunburst shapes being from a whiskey ad. The same goes for the blue water, which is part of a decanter. It was used once in the far-flung past, but not recently. See here. Meanwhile, that city drawing is from a dairy company. I've heard of Scotch and milk as an old-timey drink, so this would be pretty close. (The great James Baldwin referenced it in "Sonny's Blues," for instance.)

I hope this monologue rambles enough to amuse my million fans. lol

Any ephemera of a male figure who has even a hint of skin showing is much more likely to be in black and white than in color. So these helpful guys are a good excuse to try out numerous filters which are mainly meant to add color.

Have a Happy and glorious Fence Friday. Here the sun is shining as spring begins next Monday. Hurrah! Have a ripper day and an exciting weekend.

Apparently there are nine national flags with these three colours, all from countries that I have never visited. That fact bears no relation to the picture or to anything in Mandurah but is interesting just the same. Well, to me anyway. As usual YMMV.
