.. ran some errands with Al
.. decided where to have our meal
.. Longhorn Steakhouse was chosen
.. my 1st time -- Al had been there
.. knew the menu
.. well, after James, our server, brought fresh bread
.. iced tea & raspberry lemonade
.. had to document parts of the decor
.. both bottom corners as well as top center
.. are lights throughout the restaurant
.. bottom middle - reflections fall on the table across from us
.. top left -- fascinating light orbs splash on our table
.. right side -- top .. White Cheddar & bacon stuffed filet mignon
.. heavenly sauce
.. grilled vegetables of the day

.. not only was the food excellent
.. James was a magnificent server [made me think of RichArtpix]
.. he checked with the Chef re:my order before I placed it
.. "yes, it does have gluten in the topping, but the Chef said he will make one without"
.. that is consideration.... courtesy ..
.. shall return !

so glad the towel was still in the car ..
certainly got used !
