This flaked buggy was another that drew lots of attention at the show. Sadly, I have very little information this one as the DVLA site no longer has a record of it.

Not really a classic or at least not as old as it looks, but certainly a classically styled car. Seen this at a few of the local shows now and it's one of the cleanest examples of this particular marque that I've come across.

The AC Cobra, sold as the Ford/Shelby AC Cobra in the United States and often known colloquially as the Shelby Cobra in that country, was an American-engined British sports car produced intermittently since 1962.

Over the years there have been many replicas and although I can't find any official records to confirm this isn't original, I think it's highly unlikely. In fact, I've seen other photos of it online which refer to it as an AK 427 so I'm going with that unless anyone out there knows any different.

For me, it was back in the days when I used to go to a lot of custom and hot rod shows ... usually to see if they'd fitted a chromed JAG IRS underneath, which tended to be almost ubiquitous back then!

JBA has been building classically modelled cars since 1982. The original company, JBA Engineering, was named after the first letter of the surnames of the three partners that founded the company, Ken Jones, John Barlow and Dave Ashley. John Barlow later left the company and JBA Engineering continued producing kit car packages until 2004, when the company was sold. Since the sale no kit or factory built cars have been made, and in 2007 JBA Engineering was dissolved by Companies House.

In 2008, JBA Motors set in motion plans to re-engineer and resurrect the JBA Falcon, and 2011was relaunched at The National Kit Car Motor Show - Stoneleigh.

JBA Motors currently manufacture the BMW based JBA Falcon as both a kit package and as a fully factory finished car.

Banham was a maker of kit cars from the late 1970s until 2004, at which time the company was taken over by Rally Sport Replicas Ltd who themselves ceased trading in mid-2005.

As far as I can tell this is what was known as the Banham Spyder, which was evidently inspired by the Porsche 550. This particular car was first registered in 2007.

Hop aboard the magic carpet for a ride to a mid-century 'Wonderland!'

This over-sized painting set bears no details about the manufacturer, but included over eighty different colors and measures about twenty inches wide.

Note: One eB@y seller lists this as being made in England; although it bears no markings, it's quite possible, as it does not look unlike the art found on many children's books printed in England around this era.

Spotted in Northallerton, this is a bit of a mystery car as far as I'm concerned.

It sat like this to my knowledge for nearly two years, but recently it disappeared.

The badge says Lotus and it looks kind of 'Espritesque', but I'm pretty sure it's a kit car.

Anyone out there know for sure what it is?
