This past summer we had a family vacation near Tillamook, Oregon. We rented a large house on the Wilson River east of Tillmook and stayed there with eight adults and eight children. We spent several days at the beaches west of Tillmook and explored and hiked in the area south. This was taken in the area of Oceanside, Oregon, at Agate Beach, which can be reached through a tunnel from Oceanside Beach.

After leaving Cape Meares we drove further south to the town of Oceanside, Oregon, and watched the sunset from Oceanside Beach. Heavy fog was moving in and so we did not see much of a sunset but did get some photos from Symons Viewpoint.

Leaving Cape Meares on our trip down the Oregon coast, we went to the town of Oceanside to watch the sunset. Heavy fog was moving in and so we never saw much of a sunset, but this was the view south before the sun went down.

This photo was taken from Symons Viewpoint at Oceanside Beach the first evening of our trip down the Oregon coast. Heavy fog was coming in and so we did not see much of a sunset.
