This map is different from the other in the way it shows the networks.
Like many maps, it favors one network over the others -- here JR-RAIL.

Most maps lack any index to locate a station.
One map I posted, has an index -- but that point to TOURIST SITES not directly to stations.
This map is one with an index for the stations.
It could have been a very useful map, if it had included the station numbers.

This is RAIL -- there are additional networks & busses

Here you find (all) rail networks combined into one map with ENGLISH labels.
While a possibly COMPLETE map, this map has some serious drawbacks
-) It is overwhelming and for most visitors provides too much information as it covers a huge area well beyond the center of Tokyo.
-) It uses the colors of the METRO / SUBWAY lines but all the JR-RAIL lines have the same black-white pattern. No colors for those.
-) (english) Names for the stations & lines is helpful -- using the station numbers would be even better. Especially when you have to distinguish the direction a train is going. Increasing or decreasing numbers is the easiest way to differentiate.

The WIFI is not system wide and instruction tell users that "Service is available in areas near the [FREE WIFI] mark".

I have not used this services as I chose to buy a pre-paid (japanese) data-SIM and had 4G LTE everywhere.
As a first-time user, you are required to register your e-mail address. I don't know if they just collect your email or if you will receive a password to log into the network.

After registering you might receive additional promotional info to this email -- one reason I chose NOT to use any free WIFI.

Subway map with VERY USEFUL NUMBERING INFO -- not all maps have that
It is quite recent (2018) but still lacks a few new stations and line extensions -- many other maps & images are much older.

It covers JR-RAIL including more outlying stations (e.g. beyond the Chuo local line) but has no grid or index. You have to know where a station is or know the line & stop to find it.
Very few maps have index & grid.
