&lt;br /&gt;
The "Undersea" acronym seemed a bit forced - United Nations Department of Experiment and Research Systems Established at Atlantis - but in a decade of rampant acronyms - SPECTRE, UNCLE, THRUSH, SHIELD, AIM, THUNDER, SPIDER, SWORD, WASP, etc. -  I'm sure nobody cared. ;-)&lt;br /&gt;
