This elegant Baroque church was designed by Thomas Archer and built between 1712 and 1730. It's Grade I listed. Unfortunately it was closed so I was unable to see the interior.

The Millennium Bridge (aka the "Wobbly Bridge") over the Thames was due to be closed for repair works and deep cleaning four days after I took these pictures. Memorial plaque to the marvelous Dame Diana Rigg, St Paul's Covent Garden (the Actors' Church). This plaque is tucked in an indescript corner, surrounded by electrical wires. I think she deserves better.
