Blackfriars Railway Station used to be at the right-hand end of the bridge. When longer Thameslink trains were introduced to the route, that runs under central London, from Brighton and Sevenoaks in the south to Peterborough and Cambridge, way to the north of London, the station was extended right across the bridge, with entrances at both ends.
One Blackfriars Road is the skyscraper with the bulge on one side.

This panorama is a narrow slice of a 35mm format photograph. The Rampion wind farm appears and disappears according to the lighting and to a lesser extent the level of the tide. It is being expanded over the next few years. It will extend further to the left of these turbines, further beyond and much further down to the southwest. This will double the current 116 turbines.

TS Queen Mary in 2019 was being restored for preservation and as a floating resource at the Glasgow Science Centre.

I took a number of photos of this sunset looking out to sea. Delightful though the view was, it was all a bit too like previous ones that I have posted. So I thought this variation on the theme would be less repetitive.
