Notation: Nice animated scene with a combination of transportation modes - walking, streetcars, bicycles, automobiles and horse-drawn conveyances. The Streetcar on the left is #190 and on the St. Boniface run and the one on the right, #132, is on the Broadway run. The usual Portage &amp; Main policeman is to the front right of streetcar #190.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Of particular interest in the image:&lt;br /&gt;
* To the right, on the east side of Main Street, the open girders are the framework for the Union Trust Building at the Lombard intersection. This would date the image being taken either in the fall of 1911 - or the spring of 1912, when the earliest construction took place.&lt;br /&gt;
