I was down at my wife's allotment today not being helpful (i.e., taking photos!) and noticed she had left her secateurs and a courgette (zucchini) next to the number of her plot. I quite liked the accidental composition!

The catering was excellent, very friendly crew and it was a pleasant flight.

Eingelegte gegrillte Antipasti, selbstgemacht

Dazu die Auberginen und Zucchini in Scheiben und die Paprika in Stücke schneiden, alles im Backofen (oder Mikrowelle mit Grill) mit ein paar Tropfen Olivenöl grillen (bzw. in der Mikrowelle vortrocknen, dann in beschichteter Pfanne mit wenigen Tropfen Olivenöl braten, sofern kein Backofen vorhanden, ansonsten im Backofen in Aluschale grillen). Von der Paprika vor dem Einlegen die Haut abziehen.

In einer Vinaigrette aus Olivenöl, Essig, Salz, Pfeffer, gehacktem Knoblauch und Kräutern (hier: frische Petersilie und getrocknetes Basilikum) mindestens ein paar Stunden einlegen. Mit Brot nach Geschmack servieren.
