Bin wieder zurück von meiner Fahrradtour an der Nordsee. Die Fahrt führte über 720 km von Leer nach Dagebüll entlang der gesamten deutschen Nordseeküste.

Dieses Foto entstand auf der letzten und körperlich anstrengendsten Etappe in Nordfriesland. Wir hatten mit stürmischem Gegenwind und heftigen Schauern zu kämpfen. Einige in der Gruppe hatten ihre Akkus leergefahren.

Wir sehen hier eine kleine Hallig. Ein einsames Haus steht auf einer Warft, einem aufgeschütteten Hügel, mitten im Wattenmeer. Es liegt nur etwa einen Meter über dem mittleren Tiedehochwaser. Von den zehn Halligen sind sieben ständig bewohnt.

Das Nordseewattenmeer ist das größte Wattenmeer der Welt und zählt zum UNESCO-Weltnaturerbe.

Count Olizar inherited the Korostyshev estate after his father's death in 1816 and actively managed it, engaging in public life, particularly as a supporter of the emancipation of the serfs.
In 1821, he was elected Volyn provincial leader of the nobility (marshal), but due to his young age, he was not confirmed by the governor. That same year, he was elected Kyiv provincial leader of the nobility, a position he held until June 1824.

Until 1868, the Olizar family was the owners of Korostyshiv and the surrounding forests. In the first half of the 19th century, with the support of Count Olizar, Korostyshiv's industry developed, a stone bridge was built, and a park was created on the left bank of the Teteriv River.

The Archaeological Museum of Patras is the largest archaeological museum in Greece after the Acropolis Museum in Athens. The modern new building, designed by architect Theofanis Bobotis, was officially opened in 2009.

It houses collections about the history of Patras and the surrounding area from prehistory to the end of Roman times.
