Wednesday 19 August 2026 (0921) – Three Star Coaches of Luton TC22 TSC seen at Fiveways, Barton Mills just before taking a 20 minute break at the Shell Service Area.

It is an Irizar i6 integral that was new to Airsym Limited, Colnbrook in June 2022 registered YS22 JFU.

Wednesday 19 August 2026 (0911) – Coach Services Limited of Thetford BU16 OZN, an MCV eVolution bodied Volvo B8RLE new in July 2016, seen at Fiveways, Barton Mills.

It was heading to Mildenhall to work the 0930 service 357 to Bury St. Edmunds via Freckenham, Red Lodge, Herringswell, Tuddenham, Cavenham and Risby.

It was heading to Mildenhall to work the 0930 service 357 to Bury St. Edmunds via Freckenham, Red Lodge, Herringswell, Tuddenham, Cavenham and Risby.

The large sign advertises the presence of Travelodge, Burger King and Greggs on the site behind the camera. Unfortunately, the first letter of ‘barton mills’ is peeling off. At least someone shifted the remnants of a shredded lorry tyre casing from the structure some time ago.

L’eglise abrite une reproduction partielle de la célèbre tapisserie de Bayeux , située sur la cloison sous l'orgue de tribune . Elle rappelle le passage de Guillaume le Conquérant dans la ville en 1066 avant sa traversée vers l'Angleterre. Il existe une autre tapisserie à l’office de tourisme , elle a été dévoilée en 2022. Lors du jumelage , entre Valery-sur-somme et Battle , 223 brodeuses ont reproduit une portion de la tapisserie de Bayeux

A detail from a gold covered sliding-screen in Nijo Castle, Kyoto, the Shogun's residence. The palace displays copies of the sliding screens to preserve the originals,. The castle art gallery, however, shows a few of the originals on a rotating basis. This is a detail from one of them. It is part of the Akikusa Senmenchirashi-zu, or “Folding Fans Falling on Fall Flowers” series from the Fourth Room of the Kuroshoin (Inner Audience Chamber) of Ninomaru-goten Palace. The full work features 46 fan-shaped paintings, each with a different design including landscapes, hibiscus blossoms, willow trees, and poetic themes. The screens are 400 years old, having been completed in 1626.
