This group is about Images and not image quality. It is intended for users of alternative cameras, who are more concerned with the art of the image than the traditional image quality delivered by high end lenses or high end cameras .............. the Group's intent is: The qualities of the images and cameras are low resolution or colour rendition, vignetting, flare, distortion, poor focus. This pool can include Polaroid film types, homemade cameras, pinhole cameras. Example cameras that make bad images are Lomo, Holga, Diana, Vivitar UW+S, folders with light leaks, digital key ring cameras,. the Group's intent is not: Cameras that produce good images. It's not intended for normal images that have been processed in the camera, using filters over the lens for effects or images post processed in image software like Photoshop using lo-fi camera functions and effects. There are lots of groups doing 'emulations' using PS, CS3, and other image manipulating software. Please head towards those groups if you take shots that have to be manipulated to fit this group's criteria. thanks, now let's do what we like doing. Upload and share some "lo-fi" and 'crappy-camera' images.
