Hello all the ipermeeting participants,

As I previously told you, we'll organize on Saturday April, 18th 10:00 am a tour of the various photography exhibitions, taking place at the Palais des Festivals, Cannes, during the Sony World Photography Awards.

This tour will be guided by the artistic manager of the Festival.

ipernity will offer free passes to all the participants

Appointment in front of the ticketing office located at the "Rotonde" building of the Palais des Festivals in Cannes

I will wear an ipernity badge on my jacket ;-) Don't worry, I'm tall so you should see me!

Hello all

Thanks to Sophie and Jean-Michel, we'd like to propose you an activities program for this next ipermeerting.

We include in that program a private guided tour of the Festival@Sony World Photography Awards.

ipernity will offer to all the participants a free pass to this Festival ;-)

The following program is in French, we'll translate it into English soon.

Samedi 18/04 - Matin
Visite privée des différentes expositions itinérantes organisées à l'occasion des Sony World Photography Awards 2009. Pass et visite privée offerts par Ipernity, remise des invitations sur place.
Lieu de rassemblement : Palais des Festival
Heure : 10:00

Samedi 18/04 - Lunch time
De nombreux snacks, cafés et restaurants sont situés aux alentours du Palais des Festivals, ainsi qu'un restaurant Mc Donald.

Samedi 18/04 - Après-midi
Choix 1 : Visite des Iles de Lérins en bateau.
Lieu de rassemblement : Billeterie Riviera Lines
Heure : 13:30

Choix 2 : Visite de Cannes, La Croisette, Le Suquet
Lieu de rassemblement : Palais des Festival (?)
Heure : 13:30

Samedi 18/04 - Apéro et dîner
Nous pourrons nous retrouver samedi à partir de 18h, à Antibes, pour un apéritif informel suivi d'un dîner, probablement à Antibes. Afin de nous permettre de fixer précisément le lieu et de réserver, nous devons savoir combien d'Ipernautes souhaitent participer à ce dîner (20-30€ par tête).

Dimanche 19/04 - Matin
Visite du Marché aux Fleurs de Nice et repas dans la Vieille Ville.
Lieu de rassemblement : Place Masséna (?)
Heure : 10:00

Dimanche 19/04 - Lunch time
Nous vous fournirons ultérieurement quelques bonnes adresses pour déguster la fameuse socca niçoise, les petits farcis et autres délices de la gastronomie niçoise.

Dimanche 19/04 - Après-midi
Visite de Nice, la Vieille Ville, la colline du Chateau, le Musée d'Art Moderne et Art Contemporain (MAMAC) et la fameuse Tête Carrée de Sosno.

Hello all

We'd like to help you in organizing the next ipermeeting in Nice/Cannes, since we know very well the French Riviera and we'd like to connect this event to the Sony World Photography Awards.

We think this ipermeeting needs one or several group leader. We'll ask some local passionated members we know. Applications welcome!

This thread aims to establish a list of participants.

So if you decided to come, please post a comment with:
1) the date of your arrival / your departure
2) the number of people you'll be
3) your transportation mean (flight, train, car...)
4) the city where you'll stay
5) if you are interested in coming to the Sony World Photography Festival
6) if you are interested in a portfolio review

And any other information which could help us to organize this meeting.
