About the moderation and your queued photos

Hi,

I got an ipermail which asking if this group is still active because the sender has some photos in the queue for moderation which aren´t denied or accepted until now.

Yes, of course, this group is still active.
But I prefer it to give each submission the attetion it deserve - which means I won´t apply to many photos at the same time.
So it might be the case your photo will need some time until it will be appearing in the group - pool (or being declined if it doesn´t fit the topic).

From time to time there are many submissions by many users - and then nothing for weeks - so mostly I will save some photos during the times when there are many, many ones for the more silent times so the pool won´t flooded by 30 items each time which would split the attention to all these 30 - so mostly I will just apply a single digit of photos a time.

Please keep this in mind if you are wondering why your photo will be in the moderation queue "pretty long" - as this group isn´t a group about a specific season or something like that it won´t be made any change if your photo will be applied today or one week later?
Of course mostly I will stay in the queue of submissions (as long as the last items aren´t just by the same user) so I hope the pool of this group will stay attractive to everyone with submissions each week. :)

There won´t be any further note about this. If you don´t want your photos to be removed within a few minutes (or yourself) from this group you should follow this simple rule from now unlike it won´t be active for the moment.

If you won´t comply to this rule feel free to leave this group by NOW (and don´t forget to remove your already added documents first as well) and be happy with your spaming guys by spaming each other.

This group doesn´t need you to be a fine group which is comply to ipernity´s group-rules which doesn´t need any sentence about spam before you had discovered ipernity as a new space for your group - advertisements.

because members can´t invite photos to this group feel welcomed to make suggestions which photo should be added to this group if you see something which could be fit.

After I´d invited it (if it´s fitting the group - topic) I will delete your proposal so this thread will stay clean.

Da der bisherige Administrator, Marcus, seit 2. Mai 2011 nichts mehr auf Ipernity getan hat, habe ich bei Ipernity angefragt, ob ich die Gruppe nicht weiter administrieren kann, bis sie eine andere technische Lösung für derlei "verwaiste" Gruppen programmiert haben.

Ich werde jetzt erst einmal den Gruppenpool danach durchsehen, inwieweit die eingestellten Fotos dem Thema dieser Gruppe entsprechen, und sicherlich das ein oder andere Foto auch herauskicken. Das soll dann nichts über die jeweilige Qualität des entsprechenden Fotos oder gegen den Fotografen aussagen - das entsprechende Foto passt aber eben einfach nicht so ganz in diese Gruppe hinein.

Insbesondere "Biggest part of the photo have to be in the Sky. NO typical photos of Clouds or Sunsets or the Moon! The main thing needs to be an Object, Plant, Animal or Human, not the sky itself....!" scheint bei vielen Fotos einfach nicht gegeben zu sein, die einfach eine Landschaftsaufnahme zeigen, ohne das der Himmel nun der expliziete Hintergrund des Fotos ist (er ist halt oben vorhanden, aber eben nicht möglichst der komplette Hintergrund).

To say it in a few words: You have to take your photo upwards, not horizontal to get the sky as the background...
